
Night at the Museum – Reopening Party

Welcome to the Lane County History Museum re-opening party called “Night at the Museum” which is a collaboration between Dayinthelife Entertainment LLC and Lane County History Museum. This event will highlight child/adult activities, live music, movie selections with popcorn, food vendors, and alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages. The date/time of the event will be September 23rd, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. with the entire event being split into two portions of the day.
The first portion will be 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. where community-members will be given a formal introduction of what to expect at the event. After, guests will have the ability to enjoy local live music while checking out vendors, activities, and the new installation of the library.
2-4pm activities:
Singing Creek Educational Center -family activities
Assistance League of Eugene – will have a touchable artifact table & will dress up
Eugene Science Center – tabling
Museum of Natural & Cultural History – tabling
The second portion will be 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. where the “night” aspect of the event really comes to life. There will be a DJ playing music with a projector and club lighting set up so community-members can party while checking out library exhibits, movie showcases, activities, and more vendors.
